2026 Coach Info
Josh Pantophlet (Head Coach)
A Junior in college, Josh has coached the CSST team for the past 5 years. He previously swam all four years as a varsity swimmer in high school and grew up swimming for CSST. He is excited to come back and teach your kids not only how to swim, but how to have fun while doing so.
Kaitlin Burris (Head Coach Substitute)
Having coached for 16 years (club, summer leagues, and high school) we are excited to have Kaitlin back if only for a bit. She loves to watch swimmers grow, shine, and gain confidence through swimming.
Sydney Blake (Assistant Coach)
As a sophomore in college, Sydney is returning to coach the CSST team for the third year after swimming with the team for 13 years. She enjoys running as well as swimming, and is excited to help swimmers grow and improve throughout the season.
Athan Young (Teen Coach)
Athan has been swimming in summer league since 2017. He loves all of the strokes but his favorite is butterfly (he knows most people hate it, but thinks it really is fun). He is a Junior in High School, and also plays football and runs track. Athan is looking forward to helping others grow in their abilities and in their love for swimming.
Hailey Norris (Teen Coach)
Hailey has been on summer leagues for 11 years now and swam with Power Aquatics for 2 years. She enjoys volunteering at church and swimming for Cinco Ranch High School as well as showing livestock, working out, running, and spending time with family.
Eli Green (Substitute Coach)
Eli is currently a freshman at Cinco Ranch High School. He has been swimming since 2019, all but one year with the Creekstone Crocs. Eli swam for Cinco Ranch High School this year and played trumpet in their band. He is a member of Scout Troop 424, active in his church (St. Peter's UMC), and is excited to coach this summer to help kids find joy in swimming and develop his leadership skills.
